Merry Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

Have a Merry Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Hopefully next year has some fun plans in store...and more sleep!

Thank you for all of your support of My Baby Sleep Guide. I really love being able to help others out (especially after all I went through with my oldest and his sleep!) and I feel blessed to

Update on COMMENTS and QUESTIONS

At this moment, it usually takes me 1-10 days to answer a comment on my blog.

I try to get to at least a few questions a day but you may also want to post your question on a sleep help group in case I'm not able to get to yours quickly. I've listed some sites below that may help you out. Feel free to share other ones you find helpful.

Help Me, Help You!

I thought I'd ask if anyone has any ideas of things I can add to this blog to make it better.

I've considered turning the sleep index into two indexes (sleep and parenting?) to make it easier to go through but I'm not sure that is the answer. And then there are some posts that may organize things in a different way to make it easier for people to navigate sleep issues.

Anyway, if any of you have some good ideas, please let me know! You can email or leave a comment here (please try to be nice;)

Thanks!
Rachel

Woohoo!

Us
I can hardly believe it myself but I am finally up to date with all comments and emails! If I haven't responded to your questions or comments, please let me know.

Life has been very busy lately. I've had lots of time with family and that has been awesome but other things like this site get a bit neglected. Sorry!

Have a great summer everyone!

Off to bed for me.

A little behind

I know I'm a bit behind with replying to questions etc. I've been out of town (and pretty far from my computer as you can see below ;) and now have family in town. I'll try to catch up asap. I apologize for the long wait.

Thanksgiving

I hope everyone had a great thanksgiving weekend and got to spend loads of time with their family!

Hopefully not too many people put themselves in the red with black friday and cyber monday ;) Sales are tempting, aren't they?

Me and a LOA

I will be away from the computer for the next several days. I will try to get to your comments and emails as soon as possible!

Finally! A New Look

Thanks to my talented sister Sharon who made a new blog header for me! I love owls.

Questions??

I'm having a hard time finishing posts lately. I get 3/4 through them and then move onto something else. So now I've got piles of unfinished posts. Nice job me.

I have an idea. How about I let you readers give me some ideas of posts you would like me to write (i.e. how to dilute feeds at night). Or you can just asks general questions that you want me to answer (i.e. how do you get your kids to sleep?).

This way, not only will you get posts about things that truly interest you or that you really need help with (assuming I know the information you are asking), but maybe this will get me to actually finish up an entire posts before moving onto the next one!

Happy sleeping!

A little less blah

I've been thinking about my posts lately and the, well, dryness of many of them. I actually did this somewhat purposefully. Well, I wasn't trying to purposefully bore people, but I was trying to give them what information they needed in the quickest and easiest way possible. So I left out extra jabbering, jokes, personal experiences etc. But I think I will try to add some of that back in to make things a little less blah. What do you think? Will this add or distract?

Continual updates and changes on posts

I've decided to update individual posts on this blog whenever I have new information to add to them from reading new books, reader comments, experience etc instead of just writing a new post with additional information about the subject. This means that a post you looked at yesterday may be a little different today, though probably not
